Leeds United fans on Twitter have been sharing their criticism for Whites attacker Tyler and his latest display for the Yorkshire club in their recent defeat against Liverpool.

After having lost one and drawn two of their three opening games of the 2021/22 League season, Marcelo Bielsa’s team took on Liverpool at Elland Road for their latest league clash.

First up in this 2020/21 LUFC quiz, which of these players did NOT score against Liverpool in the 4-3 defeat at Anfield?

During the match against Jurgen Klopp’s side, Roberts’ performance, in particular, after he came on as a substitute at the start of the second half, grabbed the attention of a number of Leeds supporters, but unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say about Roberts’ second-half performance against Liverpool?

Many times do I have to mention Tyler Roberts. Get him out of my sight. #lufc

@WayneGlenn1

“Tyler is absolutely stealing a living as a league footballer”

@JackGriff92

“Tyler is a joke.”

@LhillPee61

“Tyler needs to find a nice new home at a Championship club”

@Robbo1992x

“Tyler should be no where near leeds….absolute tube”

@ebelfast11

“Tyler actually makes my heart hurt”

@LukeTheBiz

“Tyler is quite possibly the worst player i think Leeds have ever had”

@Manners1690

Looking at this group of tweets from these Leeds fans, it’s clear to see that they are not happy with what they saw from during the game against Liverpool after he came on in the second half.

Do you think Tyler Roberts is good enough to play for Leeds?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Moving forward, unless Roberts can make the best use out of any possible opportunities he gets to play in a Leeds shirt, then he could well find it harder and harder to get in the team.

Also, with the Welshman having signed a new three-year contract with the Yorkshire club back in June, it seems as though the club see enough in him as a useful member of their squad for the next few years.
