The new manager has, with the rest of the squad, flown off to the Netherlands as they get set for the second leg of their Europa League qualifying round tie against AZ Alkmaar, with the SPFL side currently holding a 2-0 lead.

Ange has confirmed that Celtic can’t head into the match wanting to sit back and protect their lead as it would be ‘asking for trouble‘, which hints at the Bhoys potentially going for more goals on Thursday evening.

Celtic have had to settle for a place in the Europa League qualifying rounds this season having been knocked out of the Champions League by FC Midtjylland earlier this season over two legs, however, since that defeat, they have lost just one game, scoring 25 goals in the following seven matches.
