Celtic fans online have expressed their delight with the club’s latest piece of business in this summer’s transfer market.
Over the weekend, the Bhoys announced that they had reached an agreement with Legia Warsaw for the transfer of Croatian defender Josip Juranovic.
The right-back will sign a five-year deal with the club subject to the satisfaction of usual conditions and international clearance.
The club’s official website explained that after Osaze Urhoghide, Liam Shaw, Liel Abada, Joe Hart, James McCarthy, Carl Starfelt and Kyogo Furuhashi, Juranovic will be their eighth signing of the summer.
News of this latest deal was posted on Twitter and it didn’t take long before a number of Celtic fans were sharing their thoughts on the matter.
What did these Celtic fans have to say?
“This looks like a phenomenal bit of business.”
“What an outstanding bit of business this is btw.”
It’s clear to see just how excited these Celtic supporters are over the club’s latest piece of transfer business. And a deal like this will only help improve the growing good mood around the club at the moment.
Indeed, having won each of the six games they have played in August so far, the project under new manager Ange Postecoglou looks to be taking shape quite nicely.
