A lot of Celtic fans have been voicing their thoughts on Twitter at the latest footage to emerge from the club of their manager, Ange Postecoglou.
Following the racist chanting towards Celtic Kyogo Furuhashi, the Celtic boss has spoken of how the Parkhead side will support their Japanese forward.
Will Celtic win the league this season?
Yes
No
“People are more than well aware of what is right and wrong. Just be a decent human being and treat people with respect,” Postecoglou said.
The 26-year-old signed for the Bhoys earlier this summer from Vissel Kobe in a deal believed to be worth in the region of £4.86m (via Transfermarkt).
Celtic fans flocked to a tweet from the official club Twitter account to share their support for the Japanese forward and praise their manager for his words.
What exactly did these Celtic fans have to say?
“This is tremendous”
Furuhashi has hit the ground running, too. In his first three games in the Scottish Premiership, the Japanese international has been able to find the back of the net on three occasions.
With the derby coming up this weekend, it seems these Celtic fans are happy to have Postecoglou on their side with many impressed by the Australian’s start to life at Parkhead.
