Lots of Celtic fans have been venting their anger on Twitter at the club’s latest post regarding their upcoming game against FK Jablonec.

On Tuesday, the Parkhead club announced tickets were on general sale for fans to purchase ahead of their Europa League qualifier.

The Bhoys recorded a 4-2 victory away to the Czech side last week and will carry their advantage into the second leg at Celtic Park this week.

However, fans were left far from pleased by the club’s online ticketing system, with many frustrated as they attempted to purchase their seats for Thursday’s game.

What exactly did these Celtic fans have to say?

“An absolute disgrace the way this has been handled and having the cheek to charge for printing off a ticket at home into the bargain, absolutely pathetic, why was the HCTS not used?? Disgraceful”

“Absolutely shambolic. Ridiculous system. Needed to ‘assign’ a seat to my 4-year-old… of course he’s not got an account. Impossible to add one on a mobile.”
“Ticket system is an absolute joke two hours refreshing a page to purchase tickets and nothing. Typical and you wonder why we’re upset with the board.”
“This is a total shambles of system, can’t buy online, can’t buy at the ticket office… joke”
“The absolute worst system I have ever seen!”

If Celtic are able to progress from the game against FK Jablonec, then a tie against the Dutch side AZ Alkmaar in the play-off round awaits as they look to secure their spot in this season’s Europa League group stage draw.

Despite back-to-back victories for Ange Postecoglou’s side across all competitions, it seems spirits among these fans have been slightly dampened by their experiences trying to purchase tickets for Thursday’s clash.
