Celtic fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from Hoops attacker Kyogo Furuhashi. 

This comes after Furuhashi shared a post on his Twitter page after helping the Parkhead club secure their place in the Europa League group stage despite losing 2-1 to AZ Alkmaar in midweek.

In his post, Furuhashi included two images from the match of him celebrating his goal on the day and celebrating with his Celtic teammates.

In the caption to his post, Furuhashi shared his joy at the club’s progression through to the next stage of the competition and described their performance in the second leg against Alkmaar as a “great team effort”.

This post then caught the attention of a lot of Hoops supporters who were quick to share their responses.

Looking at the replies to this post, it’s safe to say that these Celtic fans have a lot of love and admiration for Furuhashi and his latest performance for the club in midweek.

Given how the 26-year-old has now scored seven goals in eight appearances for Ange Postecoglou’s side, it’s easy to see why these Hoops fans are so enamoured with the striker.

Moving forward, with Celtic set to take on their arch-rivals Rangers in the SPFL at the weekend, if Furuhashi can keep his goalscoring form going in this game and grab a positive result in the process, then he will undoubtedly find himself on the receiving end of a lot more praise and affection from the supporters.
