Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest claim to emerge concerning Lilywhites midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.

This comes after Tottenham news Twitter account @thespursweb shared a post on their page relaying comments made by Noel Whelan to Football Insider.

Starting with a current Tottenham star. How many PL goals has Harry Kane scored for Spurs?

Whelan claimed that sources have told him that there have been “issues” between Ndombele, the club and previous managers he’s worked under at Spurs.

Whelan then added that the Frenchman has “struggled with discipline in lockdown when he should have been doing the right thing and he didn’t.”

This post then quickly gathered a number of replies from Tottenham supporters, who were not shy in sharing their thoughts on the matter.

So, what did these Spurs fans have to say in response to this claim about Ndombele?

“This bloke is a waste of space….get out the club”

@b_m1066

“Had enough of this guy, same thing all the time, if you’re not going to put in the work then get out of my club”

@hot5pur21

“I want this guy out of our club total and utter waste of space”

@jackburns27

“Robbing a living.”

@justinleong13

“I really want him gone even before Winks and Sissoko that’s how much of a disappointment he is”

@Peopleschamp78

“3 (possibly 4) managers and he still can’t shine. Seeming like it’s an attitude problem”

@Scott_Sweeney

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems as though these Spurs fans are getting rather fed up with Ndombele now, with some saying the club should be looking to get rid of him this summer, despite him being the club breaking their record transfer fee to sign him back in the 2019 summer transfer window from Olympique Lyon for a fee of £54 million, according to Transfermarkt.

Do you think Spurs should sell Ndombele?

No

In our view, given how there have been previous reports putting Ndombele’s fitness and attitude into question and the fact that he has recently not been included in Spurs’ squad for their Europa Conference League play-off tie at Pacos de Ferreira on Thursday, perhaps now would be the best time to move him on for the club if they feel he isn’t going to be a useful player for them moving forward.
