Newcastle United fans have been reacting to claims circling on social media about the future of defender Emil Krafth.
Newcastle United have been incredibly quiet this summer when it comes to signing players, with only one player being brought in for the senior team in the form of Joe Willock.
Indeed, there have been more exits than there have been incomings and it looks as if that list of exits could be about to grow.
According to The Daily Mail, Championship side Fulham have made an enquiry about bringing in the Swede before the window closes as they seek a new option at right-back following an injury to first-choice Kenny Tete. The report does state, however, that he doesn’t want to step out of the Premier League, so the deal is certainly not guaranteed at this stage.
The news was relayed to fans by The Chronicle on social media for them to react to, and it’s fair to say that they were happy to let him leave the club this window, with many of them very eager to help him get away from the club:
“I’ll drive up from Hampshire and take him down to them personally”
Should Newcastle keep Emil Krafth?
Yes!
No!
It’s a move that would leave the club rather short at right-back, so unless there’s a replacement lined up, it wouldn’t be the smartest move for the club to authorise.
