Leeds United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest transfer claim to emerge concerning the Yorkshire club.

This comes after @leeds_utd_news shared a post relaying news from Voetbal Belgie, which claims that Marcelo Bielsa’s side have agreed personal terms with Club Brugge winger Noa Lang.

Leeds' all-time top Premier League goalscorer is Mark Viduka but how many did he score?

This post then quickly caught the attention of a lot of Leeds supporters, who were not shy in airing their thoughts and feelings on this latest claim.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say in response to this latest transfer claim about Lang?

“Pay the money. Please”

“Please what a signing this would be”

@lufcevan1

“Don’t. Don’t you dare get me excited”

@LUFC_Jack4

“Ohhhhh hello”

@Jack_T_92

“Leeds actually making progress”

@jamesxlufc

Looking at the replies to this post from this group of Leeds fans, it’s clear to see that they would be delighted to potentially see Lang join the club this summer.

Would you be happy to see Leeds sign Noa Lang this summer?

No

Given how the 22-year-old ended the previous season as Club Brugge’s top goalscorer with 16 goals and seven assists to his name and an overall performance rating of 7.31/10, making him their second-highest-rated player of the season according to WhoScored, it’s easy to see why these Leeds fans would be excited to see Lang potentially make the move to Elland Road this summer.

In our view, while personal terms may have been agreed with the player and Leeds, as has been reported, we feel that the Leeds fans will have to wait until the financial side of things that would presumably have to come next if the club are keen on signing Lang this summer to be settled upon before they get excited about Lang potentially arriving at Elland Road.
