JustJoe Football Show presenter Joe Wainman has refused to rule out the possibility of Leeds United winger Jack Harrison earning an England call-up.

Harrison has joined the Whites on a permanent basis after three season-long loan spells from Manchester City.

The winger, who made 128 Leeds appearances during his loan periods, made the move to Elland Road shortly after Manchester City signed Harrison from Major League Soccer side New York City FC in 2018.

It was Stateside where Harrison originally made his name, with him scoring 14 goals and providing 10 assists in 61 appearances for New York City FC.

But Harrison now has plenty of Premier League experience, having featured 37 times in the English top flight.

Leeds' all-time top Premier League goalscorer is Mark Viduka but how many did he score?

The 24-year-old has been capped by the England under-21s twice but former All Leeds TV anchorman Wainman feels Harrison could make the step up to the senior squad sooner rather than later.

He told TIF“He has got better year after year. Going from the player Jack Harrison was to then being touted for an England call-up shows the trajectory even though I know there is a lot ahead of him.”
