Vuskovic doesn’t just have the experience of playing regular first-team football, the youngster also has the experience of playing in Europe. And that could’ve come in handy for Celtic. Starfelt doesn’t offer that European experience yet and playing in the Champions League or the Europa League will be new for him.
Vuskovic is also younger and therefore offers more potential to improve and grow. Since Celtic have the habit of selling players for a profit, they could’ve sold the Croatian on for a higher fee in the future, so Celtic fans should be disappointed to have turned their backs on him.
