Many Celtic fans have been fuming at a club post that emerged ahead of the club’s friendly against Bristol City.

The official Celtic Twitter account tweeted just before the friendly, confirming that while Vasilis Barkas was supposed to start in goal in the game, he was replaced by Scott Bain.

The tweet didn’t reveal any more reasons for why the Greek goalkeeper didn’t start and was replaced by Bain, but speculation suggested that perhaps, the ex-AEK Athens man sustained an injury late during the warm-up.
