Many Celtic fans have been talking about the club’s latest tweet regarding what the club will be wearing next season.

The official Celtic account recently posted an image of the club’s home kit for the 2021/22 season. The design had the green and white Hoops on it, but the caption of the tweet had the phrase ‘it’s coming home’, presumably mocking the England national team for their failure to win the Euros following a penalty shootout to Italy at Wembley.

Celtic fans, can you get 8/8 on this quiz on forgotten players? First up: who is this?

So the jersey clearly has some fresh designs and it is perhaps a reminder of the club’s impressive 2015/16 campaign too. That, combined with the club account’s trick of mocking the England national team, it is easy to see why Celtic fans are reacting positively to this announcement.
