Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest claim to emerge regarding the potential players that could be leaving the north London club this summer.

This comes after Spurs-focused Twitter account @HotspurRelated shared a post relaying news originally published in a report by The Times.

Starting with a current Tottenham star. How many PL goals has Harry Kane scored for Spurs?

The report claims that the Lilywhites have made Serge Aurier, Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez, Eric Dier, Harry Winks, Cameron Carter-Vickers and potentially Jack Clarke available for a possible transfer away from the club this summer.

This post then quickly grabbed the attention of a lot of Tottenham supporters who were not shy in airing their thoughts on this latest claim.

So, what did these Spurs fans have to say in response to this claim about the potential player exits this summer?

“Music to my ears”

@Brandon57624496

“Get ’em GONEEEEE”

@thfcem28

“This would be very pleasing.”

@gonshelf

“Good list to be honest. Be good to rebuild. Think Fabio has a lot to do with this. Cannot wait to the start of the season”

@CurtTHFC

“Paratici is not messing about”

@HotspurNews1882

“Oh my. This would be something”

@Trevorlloyd92

“It’s finally happening! A new era hopefully fresh faces is desperately needed”

@uk_kitch

“Paratici I love you”

@dzthfc

“Best news in this summer. Winks for sale”

@Pawel_Spurs

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems as though these Spurs fans would be happy to see some, if not all, of these listed players in the report leave the club this summer.

In our view, if Spurs do manage to sell these players this summer, then they will definitely need to bring in some new faces to replace them, particularly in the centre-back position if they do get rid of Dier, Alderweireld, Sanchez and Carter-Vickers during the current window, which would just leave them with Joe Rodon and Japhet Tanganga.
