A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to voice their frustrations at the latest claim to emerge surrounding this summer’s transfer dealings.
Reports from Spain are claiming that Jorge Mendes is actively looking to bring his client, Goncalo Guedes, to Tottenham this summer.

The 24-year-old winger is currently playing his football out at La Liga side Valencia, who reportedly have various clubs interested in the Portuguese ace.
Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers have also been linked with Guedes, as well as La Liga outfit Sevilla.
Spurs fans flocked to a tweet from The Spurs Web which relayed the claims coming out of Spain – and it is fair to say it did not impress these fans.

In the 2020/21 La Liga campaign, Guedes made 31 appearances for Los Murciélagos but was only able to find the back of the net on five occasions (via Transfermarkt).
Going by the reaction of these Spurs fans, it is clear to see they are far from pleased with being linked with a potential summer swoop for the Valencia winger.
