According to the journalist, Tottenham are set to announce a new training kit sponsor for the upcoming 2021/22 season.

Tottenham have been one of the clubs to suffer considerably during the pandemic, as the Lilywhites reported expected losses in the region of £200m.

The report suggests Liverpool and Chelsea, who also have a training wear sponsor, earn in the region of £10-£20m per year from the deals with their respective partners.

Spurs fans flocked to the tweet from Gold to share their thoughts at the claim, and it seems they were pleased to hear the club were finding another source of income.
