A whole host of Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted with delight on Twitter to the news that Atalanta like Davinson Sanchez.
The fresh claim comes from Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari, who has also stated that Cristian Romero is the main target for both Spurs and Barcelona.

Spurs paid Ajax a hefty £42m for Sanchez back in 2017 and the Colombian has gone onto make 149 appearances for the north London side, but after achieving a poor 6.67 WhoScored rating last term – which was among the lowest ratings of his career to date – it appears that he may not be able to cut it in the Premier League.
If Tottenham were able to replace Sanchez with Romero, that could arguably prove to be an astute piece of business, with the Argentine having just won the Copa America and been part of the fifth-best defence in Serie A last season.
