Speaking exclusively to This Is Futbol, Graham Roberts believes Harry Kane will leave Tottenham for Manchester City this summer if a £150m offer is put on the table.

Sky Sports reported back in May that Kane made it clear to Tottenham that he wanted to leave the club in this window. Since then, there have been some fresh developments.

Multiple reports, including from Sky Sports, have stated that Manchester City have made a £100m bid for the striker.

Is Watkins good enough to replace Kane?

He is

He is

No chance!

No chance!

Should that bid eventually increase to £150m, Roberts is expecting a deal to be done. On Kane’s future, the Tottenham legend told TIF:

“I think if they come anywhere near £150m, I think Harry will go. The only way the club are going to keep him is… they have to be ambitious.”

Not being in the Champions obviously limits the amount of ambition Tottenham can show. Missing out on qualification last season was undoubtedly a huge blow.

But while a lot of noise is being made, with the above not helping Spurs’ cause, Kane still has three years left on his contract.

Ultimately, Tottenham and Daniel Levy hold all the cards here, so an exit looks far from certain.
