's all-time top Premier League goalscorer is Alan Shearer but how many goals did he score for the club?

After Amanda Staveley recently called for transparency around football ownership debates with the Tyneside club’s arbitration case set to begin soon, Jordan responded to this claim calling Staveley a “self-serving, sanctimonious, ratbag.”

This post then grabbed the attention of a lot of Toon supporters who were not shy in airing their thoughts on the matter.

So, what did these Newcastle fans have to say in response to Jordan’s comments about Staveley…

I simply have no words for this man anymore! #NUFC

@thetoonreview

Absolutely vile behaviour from @Sjopinion10. You’re entitled to an but this is truly below the belt and unprofessional. You and @talkSPORT should be ashamed.”

@nufc_seb

“Disgusting.”

@ToonMouthTyne

I’m sorry but Simon is out order with the slur he has used on Amanda… Out of order! @talkSPORT should have a word with him! Unacceptable”

@PaulSutcliffe80

“Wow. Someone’s desperate for clicks and attention”

@spaniels1980

“Head’s gone.”

Looking at the replies to this post, it’s clear to see that these Newcastle fans are not happy with what Jordan had to say about Staveley.

Do you think Jordan's comments on Staveley are unacceptable?

No

In our view, if Jordan disagrees with Staveley’s views surrounding the transparency regarding football ownership, then he could surely find a way of expressing his opinions without feeling the need to make personal slurs against Staveley in the process.
