Newcastle United fans have been reacting on Twitter to the latest news and rumours surrounding the football club.

This comes as there is yet more news about their battle with the Premier League after last year’s takeover breakdown.

Leading sports lawyer Nick De Marco, who is representing the club, tweeted a Sky Sports article which suggests there is unhappiness from the Magpies at the lack of progress being made with regards to their arbitration case.

After the failed takeover bid at Newcastle last season, which was led by Amanda Staveley, who was attempting to take over the club for the second time, Mike Ashley decided to take legal action against the Premier League, but the club is growing in frustration at the secrecy involved, referencing the attempted European Super League breakaway as a reason for crucial decisions to be made in the eye of the public.

Newcastle fans were quick to pick up on this and weren’t shy when giving their responses…

Judging by the responses to the tweet, Newcastle fans are just hoping for this takeover saga to be over sooner rather than later.

However, the saga continues and it seems like we are still relatively far away from getting the answers that Newcastle fans are looking for during this case.
