Football journalist Fabrizio Romano has been speaking on his latest Twitch stream about all things transfer-related during the summer market.
One player which Romano did mention was Tottenham Hotspur’s midfielder Harry Winks, whose future has been put under much speculation.

The 25-year-old endured a severe decrease in Premier League action over the course of the 2020/21 campaign, which saw the midfielder feature just 15 times in the top flight (via Transfermarkt).
Winks has been previously linked with a potential move away from Spurs, with La Liga side Valencia said to be interested in signing him during the January window.
Discussing a possible move north to the blue half of Merseyside, Romano had the following to say on Winks’ situation.
“It’s a possibility for Everton. I asked The Beautiful Game Podcast today and it is true – a possibility for Everton.”

Winks struggled massively for game time last season at Spurs and the Lilywhites are currently being linked with other midfielders during this summer market.
The midfielder has been at Spurs for all of his professional career and we think his lack of game time may be a sign for him to move on this summer.
It is reported Fabio Paratici is clearing out the unwanted players at Spurs this summer, however, with three years remaining on his current contract, Spurs will unlikely sell the £18m-rated ace for a cut-price deal.
