A whole host of West Brom fans have reacted positively on Twitter to the latest transfer link involving their club.

The Baggies have been linked with free agent Adam Reach by The Sun journalist Alan Nixon following his departure from Sheffield Wednesday earlier this summer after the expiration of his contract.

Will West Brom be promoted next season?

No!

Valerien Ismael has already added two new signings to his squad this season and is still yet to spend any money having brought in Alex Mowatt on a free transfer and Matt Clarke on loan.

A lot of Baggies fans appear delighted on Twitter with links to Adam Reach emerging.

What have these West Brom fans had to say?

“Good player I rate him”

@BarryPa07788408

“I’d take him”

@BaggiesTom1

“He’s a free agent and can be used as decent cover in a couple of positions. No-brainer for me”

@Hannanar

“Wanted him before we got Townsend, long-term target”

@ftblchaz

“Intriguing… we certainly need LWB cover and Reach is usefully versatile. Always struck me as a bit of a hot and cold type though, so will he cope with Val’s non-negotiable, press like your life depends on it approach? Good for the odd wonder goal of course, as we know… #WBA”

@DanNash86

“Every time I’ve seen him against us he performs admirably”

@ArjunSinghJohal

“Like this and would take Windass too”

An easy one to kick off our quiz on the 2020 summer transfer window in the EFL, which player left Birmingham City to join Borussia Dortmund?

Reach spent the last five seasons with Wednesday and despite seeing the club drop down into League One, the 28-year-old still managed to net five times as well as setting up his teammates three times in the second tier last term.

It could prove to be a smart addition by Ismael, as Reach can play in several different positions including left-wing and left-back, and would arrive having made 309 appearances in the Championship.
