This will be Sanderson’s second experience in the Championship after he spent a season on loan with Cardiff City during the 2019/20 season but he only managed to make 10 appearances.
Sanderson becomes Bowyer’s fifth summer signing overall and the club’s third loan deal from a Premier League club following the loan arrivals of Tahith Chong and Juan Familia-Castillo.
