Celtic fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest announcement from the Parkhead club.
This comes after the official Celtic Twitter account shared a post announcing that they have now officially signed Liam Shaw on a permanent four-year deal from Sheffield Wednesday after he signed a pre-contract agreement with the Bhoys back in March.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from a number of Hoops supporters who were quick to share their thoughts and feelings on this latest club announcement.

Given how Celtic said goodbye to club captain Scott Brown at the end of the season and the fact that Shaw is only 20 years old, it could be safe to assume that the club sees the central midfielder as a potential long-term replacement for Brown, who made a total of 611 appearances for the Bhoys during his time there.
With the excitement that this unveiling has delivered to these Celtic supporters, their hopes now will presumably be that the club, under new manager Ange Postecoglou, can continue to rebuild the squad and make a push for the SPFL title next season.
