Celtic fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest news concerning Hoops left-back Boli Bolingoli.
This comes after Celtic-based Twitter account @TheParkheadF shared a post relaying the news that Bolingoli will be returning to the club after Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir recently announced that they will not be taking up their option to sign the defender permanently after spending the season on loan there.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from a number of Hoops fans, who were not shy in airing their thoughts on the matter.
So, what did these Celtic fans have to say in response to this latest news about Bolingoli?

Looking at the replies to this post, it’s clear to see that these Celtic fans are not particularly excited by the idea of Bolingoli returning to the club.

Given the trouble he caused before leaving on loan last summer by breaking pandemic protocols, which resulted in him getting banned, it’s easy to see why these fans aren’t very welcoming of the defender’s imminent return to Parkhead.
In our view, if new Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou doesn’t intend on using Bolingoli in his squad for next season, then perhaps offloading him to another club on a permanent basis would be the best option for all parties.
