Celtic fans have been reacting to the news that defender Jack Hendry will be leaving the club.
It was announced on Saturday that the defender has made a permanent move to Belgian side KV Oostende having spent last season out there on loan.
It’s the first serious bit of transfer news that has been completed by the club since the arrival of Ange Postecoglou, as the Australian begins the process of setting up his squad for the upcoming season.
The 26-year-old didn’t have much of an opportunity to impress whilst he was at Celtic Park, making just 27 appearances for the club whilst spending large portions of his playing time out on loan at a variety of clubs across England, Scotland and even Australia.
And it was the lack of appearances that seemed to anger a number of fans online when they saw the news, as they were furious to see him depart the club:
“Selling him for a song our club’s incompetence knows no bounds”

Now with that first bit of business out of the way, we just have to wait and see what else the club have in store in terms of incomings and outgoings.
