Nice easy one to start off with. How much do you think Declan Rice is worth?

Moyes’ son, David Moyes Jr, was a football agent and has now been added to the West Ham recruitment team as a scout.

This could prove to be an interesting appointment for the Hammers as Moyes Jr worked for an agency that represents a few players who the Hammers want to sign.

Ex said: “He’s appointed his son, David Moyes Jr, to be a scout for us.

“In some ways, it could be good because he is a former employee of Wasserman, [which is] an [agency of] a number of players, particularly ones that we’ve looked at. So he might bring a bit more quality to the recruitment.”

Do you think that this is a wise move?

TIF Thoughts on Moyes appointing his son…

This is an interesting move from Moyes, and it will be intriguing to see how it works out.

However, the links with Wasserman could prove to be helpful for West Ham.

Wasserman represents the likes of Ross Barkley and Connor Goldson, who have been linked with moves to the London Stadium in the past.

So it looks as if Moyes is trying to shake things up in the Hammers’ scouting department, and the addition of his son could prove to be a good move, but if he fails, it could leave the West Ham boss open to criticism.

However, with the transfer window in full swing, it appears as if Moyes and West Ham are finally starting to make moves in the market, and we are interested to see how his son does as a scout for the club.
