Judging by the replies to the tweet, many Watford fans are ecstatic with the signing announcement.
Rose re-joins Watford on a two-year deal after spending 14 years at Spurs.
The former England international has been out of favour for a while now at Spurs, and most recently appeared in the Premier League for Newcastle for the end of the 2019/20 season.
Doncaster-born Rose was a product of Leeds United’s academy and signed for Spurs in 2007 before being loaned to the Hornets in 2009
Watford will be hoping that Rose’s quality and experience in England’s top flight can help guide the Hornets to Premier League survival next season.
