Reports last week suggested Spurs had opened talks with their former manager Mauricio Pochettino over a potential move back to north London.

Since the reports broke, Paris Saint-Germain activated a clause in the Argentine’s contract to extend his contractual stay in the French capital until 2023.
Discussing the 49-year-old’s future, Gold stated he believes Pochettino has already told PSG that he would like to leave to complete a return to Spurs.
