Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to claims surrounding the future of Moussa Sissoko.
A recent claim from noted journalist Fabrizio Romano on his podcast Here We Go (19:58) claimed that the Frenchman’s time at the club could soon be coming to an end, saying that Tottenham would “look for some solution” for him to leave in the summer.
However, it appears as if one of those options won’t be Italian side Napoli. Reports a few days ago from Sky Italia claimed that Luciano Spalletti’s men were showing an interest in him, but according to a fresh report from Gazzetta Dello Sport (via Area Napoli), the demands from Tottenham Hotspur were deemed to be too much for them and Napoli have pulled out of talks and will move on to other targets.
This news was relayed to fans via @thespursweb on social media, where there were plenty of fans who seemed to be furious that he looked set to stay for the time being, with fans pointing their blame at the club for seemingly asking too much for him:
“It just gets worse and worse…….”
Should Spurs sell Sissoko this summer?
Yes
No
Just a good thing there’s plenty of time left in the window for other teams to try and take him away.
