Many Tottenham supporters have been discussing a news update regarding Nuno Espirito Santo that emerged on social media.

Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzio recently tweeted about Spurs’ hunt for a new manager, stating that the Lilywhites are now ready to seal the deal to have Espirito Santo as their next manager and that the Portuguese has now landed in London ahead of the move.

This comes after claims had emerged which stated that Nuno was a target for Turkish club Fenerbahce. It now seems as if Spurs are about to hire a manager.

But Di Marzio’s claim was relayed on Twitter by The Spurs Web. Many Tottenham fans made their views clear about the ex-Wolves boss.

Having said that, his approach was defence-first and emphasised on defending more often. However, Spurs were said to be looking at a manager who carries an attacking approach to the game and in that case, hiring Nuno would be a bit hypocritical of them and Daniel Levy.
