This comes after the official Norwich City Twitter account confirmed that Emiliano Buendia had departed Carrow Road to join Aston Villa.

Judging by the responses, Norwich City supporters are gutted by Buendia’s departure, with one fan describing him as ‘one of the greatest players to play in yellow and green.’
Buendia signed for Norwich from Getafe for an undisclosed fee of around in 2018 and departs the club three years later for a fee in the region of £33 million – a record sale for the Canaries.
The 24-year-old played a pivotal role in Norwich’s recent league-winning Championship campaign, scoring 15 and assisting 17 in 39 appearances for Norwich in the Championship, accumulating a WhoScored rating of 7.78.
