Newcastle United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest claim surrounding the potential Saudi takeover of the Tyneside club.
This comes after Newcastle-focused Twitter account @NUFC360 shared a post relaying news originally published in a report from Football Insider.
The report claims that “all parties are still committed” to the takeover and there is a “growing hope it will be concluded by the end of July.”
This post then gathered a number of replies from Toon supporters, who were not shy in sharing their thoughts on this latest claim.
