A lot of Newcastle United fans have flocked to a post from NUFC 360, which has relayed comments made by Christian Atsu on Rafael Benitez.
The Ghanaian speaking to The Chronicle claimed that the Spaniard was “the best” he ever worked with and that he had a “broken heart” when Benitez left.

Atsu confirmed earlier this week that he was leaving the club after five years on Tyneside after initially joining on loan.
He clearly was a big fan of Benitez, and this post continued to draw in Newcastle fans who had their say.

The 29-year-old made 96 appearances for Benitez, more than he made for any other manager, so it is no wonder that Atsu was such a big fan of the Spaniard and it appears as if many Toon fans agree with these comments.
