West Brom fans have been reacting on Twitter to the latest news and rumours surrounding their football club.

This comes after Rob Dorsett, reporter for Sky Sports, tweeted suggesting that Michael Appleton has told West Brom that he does not want the job as Head Coach at the Baggies.

This was picked up by many West Brom fans, who weren’t shy in letting their feelings be known.

Judging by the replies, Baggies fans are annoyed by the update as the club’s search for a new manager continues.

Appleton took Lincoln City to the League One play-off final this season, where they were defeated by Blackpool and was former interim head coach at WBA in 2011 after the sacking of Roberto Di Matteo, as well as being the first team coach under Jimmy Shan in 2019.

The Imps boss has been heavily linked to the West Brom job since Sam Allardyce announced he will be leaving the club at the end of the season after Baggies were condemned to relegation back to the Championship, having finished 19th in the Premier League.
