Judging by the replies, Albion fans have mixed feelings about the sale of the 21-year-old.
Harper has come through the academy at West Brom and got his debut at the club against Bournemouth in the Premier League on the first day of the 2017/18 season, and in the process became only the second person born in this century to make a top-flight appearance.
Harper spent last season on loan at Birmingham City, where the defensive midfielder earned himself a WhoScored rating of 6.21 for his performances as Birmingham finished 18th in the league, nine points above the relegation zone.
