|

West Brom have been reacting on social media to the latest news regarding their hunt for a new manager.

This comes as West Brom-focused account ‘WBA Report’ shared a claim from BBC Radio West Midland Sport suggesting that former Preston North End boss Alex Neil is not in the frame to become their new manager.

West Brom fans were quick to respond and weren’t shy in sharing their latest thoughts regarding the latest update.

Judging by the replies, many Baggies fans are relieved by the news that Neil is not a candidate for the vacant managerial role.

West Brom were handed another setback in their managerial hunt recently as it was reported that first-choice candidate David Wagner would instead join Swiss side BSC Young Boys.

This comes after many fans criticised the club for opting for Wagner over Chris Wilder, with a move for the former Sheffield United manager reportedly blocked by WBA owner Lai Guochuan, who had fears over Wilder’s relationship with Sheffield United’s owner during his time at the Blades.

The search for a new Baggies manager continues and Albion fans are growing in frustration.
