Judging by the replies from the Sheffield Wednesday fans, many of them are shocked by what seems like positive news for a change.

The Owls have had a difficult season, both on and off the pitch as they were relegated to League One on the final day of the season as well as having financial issues off the field which led to a six-point deduction.

This was made worse towards the end of the season when there was news over unpaid wages for their players and there were discussions suggesting that the players may hand their notice in.

However, this is positive news dealt by Crann, who has suggested that progress has been made regarding the situation of unpaid wages.
