Leeds United on Facebook have been responding to the latest post concerning Whites winger Raphinha and his future at Elland Road.

This comes after Leeds-focused Facebook page Leeds Insider shared a post on their page relaying an article from Football Insider.

Leeds' all-time top Premier goalscorer is Mark Viduka but how many did he score?

The article included comments from pundit Danny Mills, who said that the Yorkshire club “could accept” a transfer fee of £40 million from Liverpool, who have been reportedly interested in signing the winger during the upcoming summer transfer window.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Leeds fans who were not shy in sharing their thoughts on the matter.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say in response to these comments from Mills about Raphinha and a potential move away from the club?

Leeds signed the 24-year-old, who is currently valued at £27 million according to Transfermarkt, back in the previous summer transfer window for a fee of £17 million.

Would £40 million be a fair price for Raphinha?

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems that these Leeds fans wouldn’t be too keen to see their club let Raphinha go to another club this summer, especially for the £40 million fee that Mills mentioned.

Given how the Brazilian still has until 2024 until his current contract at Elland Road expires, it certainly does seem likely, in our view, that only an astronomical fee could potentially tempt the Yorkshire club into selling Raphinha this summer.
