A lot of Tottenham Hotspur have taken to Twitter to voice their delight at the latest claim to emerge surrounding their search for a new permanent manager.

According to Football Insider, Spurs are weighing up a potential move for the Leeds United manager, Marcelo Bielsa.

Would you like Marcelo Bielsa to be the next manager of Spurs?

The north London club have been without a permanent manager since the sacking of Jose Mourinho last month which has since seen former Ryan Mason take interim charge.

Spurs fell to the Yorkshire side on the weekend Bielsa’s men thumped in a comfortable 3-1 win at Elland Road.

Bielsa’s Leeds have enjoyed their return to the top flight with currently sitting in the top half of the table with just three games remaining.

And Spurs fans flocked to the tweet from The Spurs Web to show their delight at being linked with the Argentine manager.

“Get it done”

Despite the 65-year-old’s contract running out at the end of the season, there have been reports suggesting Bielsa is set to sign a new deal that will extend his stay at the Yorkshire club.

Going by the reaction of these Spurs fans it is apparent they would be more than happy to welcome the Argentine to north London, however, the recent reports suggest this is unlikely to happen.
