A lot of Celtic fans have taken to Facebook to share their thoughts on the latest transfer claim to do the rounds ahead of this summer’s transfer window.
Speaking to Football Insider, Noel Whelan insisted the Bhoys must reignite their reported interest in Aaron Hickey from last summer.

The 18-year-old is currently playing his football out in Italy after signing for Bologna from Hearts in the summer of 2020 for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £1.8m (via Transfermarkt).
Hickey has made 12 appearances for the Serie A outfit this campaign with 11 of those coming in the Italian top flight and one coming in the Coppa Italia.
Celtic fans flocked to a post on Facebook from Celtic Insider, which relayed the report from Football Insider and it is clear they were not impressed.

The left-back made 25 appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Hearts before making the move to Italy and is currently valued by Transfermarkt at £4.5m.
Going by the reaction of these Celtic fans, it is clear that they do not feel Hickey is worth the money which is being put on him in the report and would like the club to explore other options this summer.
