Journalist Mark Guidi has recently made a claim about Eddie Howe’s potential move to Celtic.

Guidi appeared on the latest episode of the Go Radio Football Show and the panel talked about numerous issues involving the Hoops and Scottish football. They also talked about Eddie Howe and his potential move to Celtic.

Guidi made it clear that word about Howe is that his move to Parkhead should be announced in the next two or three days.

TalkSport have reported about Howe, saying that the Englishman looks set for a Celtic switch and he’s only putting together his staff before the move comes about.

Journalist Alex Crook has confirmed that Howe’s staff will come from Bournemouth and the current wait is because of the Cherries’ potential promotion.

Guidi talked about Howe and claimed (35:40): “We do expect it to be Eddie Howe. If any of us were offered a free bet, we would all go for Eddie Howe, but until it’s over the line. But the word seems to be it’s Eddie Howe and it’s going to be official at some point in the next two or three days.”

Journalist Keith Jackson has also stated that the Championship play-offs hold a key to Howe’s arrival, saying that the situation involving the Englishman could remain on hold till the end of the campaign because of Bournemouth’s top-flight push.
