Reports in Spain claim that Sevilla are interested in signing the Dutchman and believe he would be a signing that would help them fight for the La Liga title.

Tottenham signed Bergwijn in January 2020, and he has made 51 appearances for the club, scoring four goals and providing eight assists.
However, in the 2020/21 campaign, he found game time in the league particularly hard to come by, as although he made 21 appearances, he only appeared for 1,211 minutes – under an hour per appearance.
