Many Tottenham Hotspur fans have been discussing a news update involving Antonio Conte that emerged on social media.
Journalist Alasdair Gold recently reported about Conte, saying that while Spurs have been linked with the Italian, he isn’t a candidate for the job at the north London club unless things have changed drastically in the past day or so.
This comes after it was reported that Spurs have made a big-money offer to Conte, amidst rumours about his potential exit from Inter because of the departures of multiple players and financial issues for the Scudetto winners.

Conte has won trophies in England, securing the Premier League with Chelsea, as well as the FA Cup with Spurs’ rivals.
It shows his quality as a manager and that might attract Spurs because of his trophy haul. But having said that, it has been stated that Spurs are eyeing a young manager for their role, so it would perhaps make sense if the club opts to look elsewhere, as Gold suspects.
