Many Newcastle United supporters have ripped into the club’s latest tweet that emerged on social media.
The club’s Twitter account recently posted that the Magpies will be travelling to the Pirelli Stadium for a pre-season friendly against League One side Burton Albion on 30th July. The tweet also carried a link to an article on the club’s website and it had more information about the upcoming game.
The game against Burton is the club’s third pre-season fixture announced so far, with the Magpies set to lock horns with York City and Harrogate Town on the same day earlier in the month.
