A lot of Newcastle United fans have flocked to Isaac Hayden’s latest post after he was spotted in training with Ryan Fraser.
The former Hull City man was stretchered off the pitch during the Toon’s 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion and was ruled out for the season.
In his post, Hayden claims that he is “happy to be back outside” but that he is “gutted” that he can’t play in front of fans at St James’ Park on Wednesday; however, he “can’t wait” to play in front of fans next year.
This post drew the attention of a lot of Toon fans who heaped praise on Hayden.
“We are lucky to have you mate. Top player. The entire Geordie nation salutes ya.”
“What a guy. Future captain in my eyes. Legend. Thanks for everything this season. Massive player”
“Good man isaac most importantly get yourself right”
