Leeds United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from the Yorkshire club.

This comes after the official Leeds Twitter account shared a post on their page that contained a video of Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi speaking to the club’s media after it was previously revealed that the duo will be leaving the club following the end of the 2020/21 campaign.

Leeds' all-time top Premier League goalscorer is Mark Viduka but how many did he score?

During the video, the pair spoke about their time with Leeds and their departures.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Leeds fans who were not shy in sharing their responses.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say in response to this video of Berardi and Hernandez?

“Why do you keep doing this to me”

@al_fandango

“Class x”

@DanLeeWilkinso1

“Legends. Always Leeds.”

@OwainRees1

“I would like to go a full 24hrs without crying so please no more! It’s too painful.”

@Emmaburnell

“I can’t watch this yet. I need to emotionally prepare myself first!”

@sazzybm

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME, I HAD ONLY JUST STOPPED CRYING”

@lauraclark23

“Absolutely love what we have as a city and as a club, this group of players get us as fans and get the city. Long may it continue.”

@aidenlufc

Do you think now is the best time for Berardi and Hernandez to leave?

Given how Berardi and Hernandez have managed to rack up a total of 332 senior appearances for Leeds between them, it’s understandable why these fans are so upset at seeing them leave and talk about their time at the club in such a positive way.

In our view, while it may be sad to see the duo leaving the club, it would make sense that the club will look to bring in some new players throughout the upcoming summer transfer window to take Hernandez and Berardi’s places in the squad, which should be an exciting prospect for the fans.
