A lot of Leeds United fans have flocked to a post from leedsunited_news, which has relayed comments made by Paul Robinson on Harry Winks.
Robinson speaking on Astro SuperSport claimed that he “would love to see Harry Winks at Leeds“.
This has drawn the attention of these Whites fans who are not convinced.
“Harry Winks? No thanks! Has to be a joke.”
“God awful footballer , no thanks”
“NO”
Do you think that Winks would be a good signing for Leeds?
No, he is poor
Yes, he could come good
Winks, who is valued at £19.8m by Transfermarkt, is naturally a defensive midfielder, and the Whites are short of options in that position, so you can see why Robinson thinks he would be a good fit, but it is clear that these Leeds fans wouldn’t be too happy if they signed the 25-year-old.
“We need players that improve our squad …Winks is not one of those”
“Rather have a 1 legged Forshaw.”
“BIG NO”
Winks has made 170 appearances for Tottenham. However, he very rarely scores or provides assists and is more someone who sets the tempo.
Leeds already have Kalvin Phillips, who can perform a similar role. So is there any need for the Whites to sign Winks? Certainly, these Leeds fans don’t think so.
