A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have voiced their thoughts at a tweet relaying a claim linking them with a potential summer move for the future free agent Jerome Boateng.
The defender is currently playing for the Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich but his contract is set to expire at the end of the 2020/21 campaign with Bayern announcing they will not extend his stay.
According to German journalist Christian Falk, Spurs are one of the clubs which are interested in making a move for the 32-year-old this summer.
Should Spurs sign Boateng this summer?

Boateng has made 22 appearances for Bayern this season in the Bundesliga and was brought on as a substitute in their 3-2 defeat at home to Mauricio Pochettino’s PSG on Wednesday night.
Spurs fans flocked to the tweet relaying Falk’s claim with many hoping the club follow up on reports suggesting they will aim to address the centre-back position this summer – but not with Boateng.
“Going for finished players . State of this club.”
