A lot of Leeds United fans have reacted on Twitter to an update on one of their academy prospects who has trained with the first team this week.
Youngster, Charlie Allen, has been training with the first-team ahead of their clash with Manchester United on Sunday at Elland road.
The former Linfield midfielder took to Twitter to reply to a message from his old club praising him over the reported news.
Will Leeds finish in the top half of the table?
The midfielder has made 13 appearances for the Leeds U18 side this season and scored twice in those games with the Yorkshire club sitting second bottom of the Premier League U18 north league.
Allen joined Leeds from Linfield last summer and has also featured for Leeds’ U23 side in which he has made six appearances in Premier League Two. (via Transfermarkt)

The Whites currently sit in the top half of the Premier League table
with Aston Villa in 11th-place just two points behind Marcelo Bielsa’s side and with a game in hand on the Yorkshire side.
However, the last time these two sides met Manchester United ran out emphatic 6-2 victors at Old Trafford.
All in all, it is clear to see these Leeds fans are delighted at Allen’s achievement with many hailing the youngster as one to watch for the future.
